Arrow Drilling has been serving the Newberg area and the Willamette Valley since its founding in 1956. John and Dawn Stadeli purchased Arrow Drilling in 1996 and have been servicing the area since then. John comes from a well drilling family that started drilling in 1923. He is among the third generation of the Stadeli family in the industry. His grandfather and father both were well drillers, and the third generation has John, and his five brothers all are drillers bringing many years of experience to the industry.

Meet Our Team
John and Dawn Stadeli are both members of the National Ground Water Association and the Oregon Ground Water Association. Membership provides access to continuing educations courses to stay abreast of innovations in the water field as well as connection to other water professionals across the country.

John has served as the President of the Pacific Northwest Groundwater Association which represents the states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.
John’s service to the water industry spans his career. John has served the Oregon Ground Water Association in a variety of roles. He has served many terms on the Board of Directors as a representative and the Executive Board of Directors as President and Vice President of the Association.
Both John and Dawn Stadeli have been honored with Member of the Year awards from the Oregon Ground Water Association for their service to the industry.
John has been asked to serve several terms on the State of Oregon Rules Advisory Committee representing the OGWA and has been appointed to several terms on the State of Oregon Ground Water Advisory Committee.
